Elements International is renting 487,200 square feet at developer IDI Logistic's Skyline Trade Center at 2250 Skyline Drive.
The wholesale furniture firm will relocate operations now in Rockwall, Garland and Houston, to the new location.
Elements International will also move its headquarters from Rockwall to the Mesquite building.
"We're excited we could provide Elements International the space they needed at Skyline Trade Center," Bryan Blasingame, IDI's chief investment officer and regional director, said in a statement. "Skyline is the first speculative start in Mesquite in over 10 years.
This full-building lease prior to completion of construction highlights the quality of our product and the strength of the greater Dallas market," he said. "Elements recognized a unique opportunity to consolidate their operations into a modern warehouse in close proximity to their existing facilities while at the same time positioning their company for growth in a market demonstrating some of the best labor dynamics in the Metroplex."
Skyline Trade Center is an 87-acre business park located near Interstate 635 and Gross Road.
IDI Logistics is based in Atlanta and has six offices throughout the United States.
Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the Elements International lease with Nathan Lawrence of CBRE.
