Masonite International Expands Footprint in Mesquite

Masonite International has moved into a new 627k square foot facility at 905 Airport Boulevard. Their other location, at 2300 Skyline Drive, is 230k square feet.

Masonite supplies doors to retailers and wholesalers and has eleven thousand employees in seven countries. Between their two Mesquite locations, they will employ approximately 126 people.

Mesquite is a strategic location for the company because it's centrally located across the nation. Also, the area's housing industry and growth is a benefit to the company. We're glad that Dalfen Industrial's development, Mesquite Airport Logistics Center, was able to provide this location. One can see the Mesquite Metro Airport from this location and their other new neighbor is Coleman Powersports

Their new location in Mesquite is one of their largest facilities with 130 dock doors as well as being a unique hybrid facility. It will receive and consolidate raw materials to be shipped to the rest of their network, distributing doors to customers, and more. In addition, the location is piloting a Quick Ship process where finished doors will be on hand to ship when ordered as opposed to being made to order.

On November 2, 2023, exactly one year from signing the lease, Masonite held their ribbon cutting for 905 Airport Boulevard. Masonite turns 100 years old in 2025. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with them and are proud that smart doors as well as traditional doors are Made In Mesquite.
